I must say how helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, Amanda and the staff at HoodMart are. When I called in to ask for info and pricing on a new hood for my restaurant Amanda was quick to respond with questions and answers, I had a lot of questions. Thank you and I will spread the word.

I ordered a custom sized hood and received it promptly. I somehow double ordered our hood and called customer service right after I placed the order. They were very helpful and fixed the mistake right away. I received an email shortly after I ordered with some information that I had requested and a corrected receipt. I also noticed that a promotional discount was not on our receipt and customer service fixed that quickly for me as well. I was also notified of delivery in a timely manner by your customer service and delivery driver. All in all, thank you for your great customer service.

I purchased my concession exhaust hood a few months back, It was my first big purchase of this sort. My rep was above and beyond helpful and was there every time I called with a question. I even got to talk to an install tech who walked me through the install process. WHO ELSE DOES THAT !!! ??? I know it's just an exhaust hood but its my first one and I'm a tad excited. A customer for life here. I am young but raised by the traditional standards of loyalty when it comes to business. These guys are TOP NOTCH and they sold me for life just on customer service, not to mention the superior craftmanship of their products! Happy New Year!
